Four piece emo/punk band from Springfield, Missouri. Wonderful conduction of the melodic logistics between the 2 cooperative guitars and the thoughtfully cadenced vocals driven confidently
by a solid rhythm section. The creative decisions bear the smell of gristled veterans as Ordinary People offer up their hearts with a music that is both tender and irresistible. I love this and have been repeatedly jamming it and you should too. Ordinary People's debut  "Nothing New" out now and 10inch coming soon on Wiretap Records: May 26, 2015.

Fist Benders is a emo band from Lake Elsinore, CA and is almost single handedly responsible for re-sparking my interest in "twinkly" emo. This band brings an atmosphere that is so dreamy yet distressed with all the guitar harmonics and arpeggios you could ever want complimented by a range of soft and coarse vocals that will wrap you up and not let you go. You'll find tracks like "Understanding" and "Run Everyday" stuck in your head all day and you won't be upset about it. This is definitely one of my favorite releases of 2015 so far and i highly recommend you check it out.

Fist Benders new single "Understanding"

genre: twinkly emo

Fist Benders Just released a single off their upcoming self titles EP. This is a brilliant twinkly track that starts off with a dreamy atmosphere accompanied with calm vocals and progresses to a faster infectious section with dual vocals that lead to crashing group vocal section and finally a energetic finale with a more screamy vocal aspect. I definitely will be awaiting the release of the rest of the EP and i suggest you check out this single

genre: screamo

track list:
1. Entropy
2. Estropie
3. Slave Trade
4. Systemic
5. Epitaph
6. Armada
7. Pig Destroyer
8. Abnegation

AMWWTDAWASDT is a Anarcho screamo band from San Diego, CA. They combine crunchy guitar with screaming politically charged lyrics/vocals that bring to mind older bands like Louis Cypher, Kodan Armada, etc. With songs ranging from energetic romps like "Estropie" to calmer reflective songs like "Armada". This release is solid, thou containing some lack luster songs. Despite that I still recommend this album to any fans of older screamo.

Year: 2014
FFO: Seaweed, Hot Water Music, Superchunk, Japandroids
Tracklist:
1. Sound Waves
2. The Force Is Strong
3. That Feeling
4. I Don't Care
5. This Town

I want my next meal cooked by the cast of Joplin MO rockers: Flanders. I have reason to believe they are all very insightful and accurate chefs. The five songs on their debut EP "Holding On" is a testament to their finesse with ingredients. "Holding On" takes the most meltable elements of rock and punk to make a sound crafted with intentional pop sensibility injections and presented with the most earnest struggles and energy of hardcore. It's a mouthful of influence but it is executed seamlessly and will leave your hair blown back by it's raging amount of spirit.  Check out the links above to enjoy some wonderful music nutrition.
