Check out my friend Nicks blog.

He writes all kinds of funny shit and parodies of hardcore, pop punk, and metal. His blog is a lot like StuffYouWillHate. If there is something to jokingly make fun of, he probably already has.

Low Places - Black Tape

Bandcamp
Genre: Hardcore/Black Metal/Sludge

Year: 2013

Tracklist:

1. Side A

Get it!

Last release from this awesome band out of CA. These dudes always have put out a very solid effort on their releases. Spiritual Treatment and their S/T were on replay for me for a very long time. This release is very noisy and gritty. Sad to see these dudes are ending it, but they end it on a killer release. This thing is dark as fuck. I can't really compare it to anything and don't need to. You guys know who these dudes are, get this shit now. This is being release on a very limited amount of tapes soon. -Jacob Rice

Year: 2013

Tracklist:
1. Fertile Ground

2. Land is Paved

3. Supports are Drawn

4. Stones are Placed

5. Gates are Closed

Get it!

Screamo band from San Diego. These guys play a very raw sounding style of Screamo, like Saetia. Specifically the most raw part of this are the vocals, these vocals are very shrill and screechy like Jerome's Dream. Not many bands do this style, but it adds a lot of emotion to this music. The instrumental work on this thing is very great as well. From the spacey sounding twinkly guitars to the pounding yet fragile drums.

-Jacob Rice

FFO: Jerome's Dream, Saetia
